The gardens inspire everything at Fernhill including their own gin and food which features produce from their Victorian Walled Kitchen Garden, Orchard and herb garden. Sustainability has long been part of Fernhill and they have been recognised nationally for it.
Fernhill House is not just another Country House. It is home to the O’Neill family. Michael Snr has been a chef for 50 years, Lady of the House Teresa has overseen service, interior design and is the house florist for over 40 years and their three sons, Neil, Michael Jnr and Gearoid look after the other departments in the house.
